Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix together produce the majority of the world’s DRAM, and the high-bandwidth memory stacked beside every leading AI accelerator is overwhelmingly theirs.[1] That’s the headline. The story underneath it is an ecosystem. Probe cards. Thermal compression bonders. Packaging substrates. Deposition and etch tools. Thirty years of suppliers that grew up next to those two companies and now sell into fabs on three continents.
For a U.S. investor, that ecosystem may have been hard to reach. Broad Korea funds could dilute it. Global semiconductor funds may bury it. Direct Korea Exchange (KRX)[2] access means paperwork, won settlement, and a trading day that ends before yours begins.
KCHP is built to solve that. One ticker, twenty names, the full chain — from the headliners to the suppliers nobody puts on a poster.| 1 Month | 3 Month | YTD | 1 Year | 3 Years | 5 Years | Since Inception | |

Investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal. Because the Fund is “non-diversified,” it may invest a greater percentage of its assets in the securities of a single issuer or a lesser number of issuers than if it were a diversified fund, which may increase volatility. The Fund concentrates its investments in the semiconductor industry, which may be significantly affected by intense competition, rapid product obsolescence, capital equipment cycles, supply and demand imbalances, and pricing volatility. The industry is highly cyclical and has historically experienced significant downturns.
The Fund invests in securities of issuers located in the Republic of Korea and is subject to political, economic, regulatory, currency, settlement, custody, and market-structure risks greater than those of U.S. or geographically diversified investments. The Fund’s holdings are denominated in Korean won. Changes in the value of the won relative to the U.S. dollar may adversely affect the value of the Fund’s investments. The Fund may be subject to foreign withholding taxes, which may reduce returns. Korean markets trade during hours that do not overlap U.S. trading hours, which may increase premium/discount volatility and bid/ask spreads.
The Fund normally invests in securities comprising the Index. Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities comprising the Index. The Index is designed to track the performance of the top 20 publicly listed stocks, by market capitalization, listed in South Korea whose primary business operations are in the semiconductor manufacturing and related industries (the “Korean Semiconductor Industry”), which the Index has defined as the following set of industries identified by the Akros Industry Classification System (“AICS”): Semiconductor Machinery Manufacturing; Bare Printed Circuit Board Manufacturing; Semiconductor and Related Device Manufacturing; Capacitor, Resistor, Coil, Transformer, and Other Inductor Manufacturing; and Printed Circuit Assembly (Electronic Assembly) Manufacturing. The universe of eligible Index components consists of all the common stocks in the Korean Semiconductor Industry that are included in the Korea Composite Stock Price Index (KOSPI) and KOSDAQ (Korea Securities Dealers Automated Quotations) that have a minimum market capitalization of at least $200 million USD, a three-month average daily traded value of at least $1 million USD. To be eligible for inclusion in the Index, a company must also either (a) derive at least 50% of its consolidated revenue from semiconductor-related businesses, or (b) rank among the three largest companies worldwide by revenue, with at least a 10% global share, in at least one semiconductor-related business segment. No individual security will have a weight of more than 20% of the Index, and the Index will limit concentration of index constituents such that the aggregate weight of constituents whose individual weight exceeds 4.5% will not exceed 45% of the Index. The Index is rebalanced and reconstituted on a quarterly basis. The Fund may not track the Index precisely due to fees, expenses, transaction costs, timing differences, and regulatory limitations.
Akros Korea Semiconductor Index (AKCHP) — a USD-denominated index published 26 June 2026 by Akros Technologies, giving exposure to the 20 largest South Korean semiconductor companies listed on KOSPI and KOSDAQ. Bloomberg ticker AKCHP.
As an ETF, the Fund may trade at a premium or discount to NAV. Shares are bought and sold at market price (not NAV) and are not individually redeemed from the Fund. Frequent trading may significantly reduce investment results.
The Fund is a recently organized investment company with no operating history. Please see the prospectus for details of these and other risks.
